Adding to this wonderful night of visual delights is a dual performance
of tap and jazz by Andrew Nemr and Tommie Morimoto entitled Translations.
An accomplished soloist having performed in various venues nationally
and internationally. Andrew Nemr has been featured in productions
at the Blue Note, the Apollo Theatre, The Joyce Theatre and even
the Opening Ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival. Tommie Morimoto
has studied with such greats as George Coleman, Lew Tabackin, James
Moody, Lee Konitz, Barry Harris, Art Lande, Bob Mover and Dave Liebman.
He is a lyrical melodist and a cunning improviser. His experience
and reputation are unrivaled for his age.
